Photo work created for restored Banking Hall of Canada’s oldest chartered bank. Situated in Canada’s financial core. Sunrises and sunsets over water recall the period when the ‘sun never set on the British Empire’ (ca. 1910) as well as the 24/7 hours of current banking empires. Eighteen backlit photographs, anodized aluminium frames with stainless steel trim. Varying height dimensions 127 cm to 50.8 cm x 944.9 cm x 22.9 cm (50” to 20” x 372” x 9”) each. Mounted on east and west bulkheads. Commissioned by O&Y Properties Inc.
